Describe the bug
If removing an element with
PaneThemeTransitioncauses the parents top-left position to change, then the animation teleports by the same amount then animates out.Steps to reproduce the bug
Run this MRE. The yellow rectangle vanishes instantly. The red rectangle explains what is happening.
