How do I set a min width of 600 for a teaching tip?

I tried setting TeachingTipMinWidth as below but it did not worked. A similar trick does work for setting the minimum width of the ContentDialog though. Any ideas?

I think that this is an issue with the TeachingTip control behaving a bit strangely with resource lookup. Can you try adding the resources to your App.xaml file and see if that works? Controls that are in the Popup layer often have this issue with resource lookup where only the App.xaml file reliably works for setting lightweight styling resources.
