GitHub is deprecating Node 12 and is recommending an update to at least Node 16: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/

The current released version 2.1.6 has a Node 12 dependency and needs to be updated for this deprecation.
