Describe the bug

We should apply the Template Studio logo consistently here.

  • Use WindowEx.TaskBarIcon to set the TaskBarIcon to an .ico file using Icon.FromFile.
  • Update the image reference in the AppNotificationSamplePayload resource in Resources.resw.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
