I am having a hard time figuring out how to turn a picture of a human to a 3D model with clear facial texture. I tried changing the texture resolution to 8192, My 24gb 3090 was almost out of ram but it's still a blur.
I have very little knowledge about gaussian splatting, is there any options or parameters I can tweak for to improve the facial quality?
Normally in conventional 3D modelling we dedicate more uv area of more important parts, how can we do it here? Or did anyone tried any "hack" to work around this?
Thank you very much!
(Edit: I don't want to show my face so I will provide my current output results later tonight, sorry. Again, thanks for anyone who can provide guidance or help!)
