How can we adjust the camera parameters so that the rendered object stays the same size as the original image?

So the extrinsic parameters of the output 3D asset are completely nondeterministic?

there are no extrinsic parameters, because there is no camera in the output to start with.

If you put a camera in the scene and lets say move it 100 units in Z direction, then yes the Object is from a more or less random perspective. Mostly the Top Down is consistent of same objects.
How the model works, this is also to expect actually.
