Steps to reproduce

Pre-requisites:

1. Windows Default Mode: Dark.

Test Environment:
OS: Windows 10 Version Dev
App version: 0.41.1
App name: PowerToys
Screen Reader: Narrator
Tool: Accessibility Insight for Windows

Repro Steps:

1. Launch 'PowerToys' application.
2. Navigate to 'General' tab.
3. Navigate to 'Choose a mode' and Change it Light mode.
4. Observe that In Light Mode, Text present below Updates H2 in General Tab is not visible.
5. And then Navigate to 'PowerToys Run' tab and Attribution' H2 text is not visible.

User Impact: -> Priority 3
All User are impacted here as they not able to specific text in Light mode.

In Light Mode, Text present below Updates H2 in General Tab and 'Attribution' H2 text in PowerToys Run tab is not visible. Sometimes issue also repro in Dark mode/Windows Default mode.

We should address this relatively soon. It's not a crashing bug though, so I'll set as a pri-1 item for 0.45.

Fixed in #12470 and will be integrated in the next major release of PowerToys
