First and foremost thank you for your interest in Microcharts. We have a few simple rules/considerations I'd like you to consider when interacting on the issue tracker.
Before you make a ticket, please search for existing issues first and post on that one, that better help me know something is wrong for more than one person and I can easily tag that one issue on fixes. I'll close tickets that duplicate an existing issue.
I made 3 common issue templates that I recommend you use, they help me better label issues and offer you suggestions on how you can make finding a bug or adding a feature easier for me or another person willing to help out.
Please don't ask about non-microcharts issues, while I want to be as helpful as possible, I'm not an expect on every 3rd party library you're using, those questions will be best for Stack Overflow or a similar website.
The most important thing I want to outline here is please be considerate of those helping out on this project, We're doing this on our free time and for fun (and for free). We don't serve to meet a coming release date for your app, we have our own release table that we're following and hijacking that process will just lead to frustration on both ends. If a bug is discovered we'll work as fast as possible to get it resolved but don't expect me or anyone else to get a release out immediately as we have jobs ourselves.
I appreciate your understandings and I hope you continue to report bugs and request for improvements as we all want this library to be great.
