Not able to see the Livy End Point #1

Please find below the Docker file entry which I am using in order to use Livy.

FROM mganta/livy2-docker
EXPOSE 8998
ENTRYPOINT ["/apps/livy-server-0.3.0-SNAPSHOT/bin/livy-server"]

Unfortunately, I am unable to instantiate Livy Session instead its showing the below menu:

Operational Menu

Metrics
Ping
Threads
Healthcheck

Could you please help and let me know if I am missing something over here.
