Allow param for ExportPlaylist to list id/name of existing playlists #3

If having such a list, users would have an easy way to get the ID's

As an alternative, allow playlist titles as well as the id

Allowing titles is a good idea. I'll work on that sometime. Or please feel free to submit a PR.
