Document GLU implementation used as starting point

It would be interresting to document the initial GLU source code location/revision you used as starting point, as GLU seems to live on (slowly) in Mesa (http://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/glu/).

Good point! Unfortunately the exact date is lost in the time. The first commit to the older version is from Jul 23, 2009, but had been on my hard disk longer than that. I remember starting one of my many efforts right after update to SGI FreeB 2.0.

Changes are that libtess2 is based on this version:
