This is project from http://www.microsoft.com/france/openness/open-source/interoperabilite_xades.aspx. In my case works for me. BUT In my opinion this project is buggy. I think that microsft forget about it. :D

Thank You very much for sharing this project. It helped me a lot. I needed a tool to create XAdES-BES signature and after some slight corrections it works like a charm :) 👍

Some Microsoft code in the implementation is pure garbage as it makes use of non public API (through reflection) which is not available anymore in recent .NET implementations.
