Update OpenMRS documentation to link to relevant CHT <> OpenMRS interoperability documentation.

Depends on medic/cht-docs#1657 and #115 to be merged.

Hi @najuna-brian! Thank you for volunteering to support with this issue.

As mentioned in the description, this ticket depends on two other tickets that have not yet been merged. Therefore, I just added the Blocked label to emphasize that we can't progress on this issue until those related PRs are merged.
