As a sirocco user
I want to see some feedback during the deploy stage to indicate that Cloudformation is doing work
so that I know it hasn't gotten stuck.

Further:

As a sirocco user
I want sirocco to show me if the deploy has failed (e.g., is in a rollback state)
so that I don't have to wait until the rollback is complete to know that my deploy has failed.
