First Check
Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.
First of all: Thank you for the amazing work on Mealie! I love it and use it as my main recipe manager since a long time.
But there is one thing that is missing for me:
I like to bake bread - often with sourdough. The bread recipes with sourdough often require long resting times which means that I have to plan the whole baking process properly. As an example: Finishing a bread on Sunday at 12:00 requires me to start preparing the sourdough on Saturday at 20.23.
Therefore I would highly appreciate a feature that helps me to calculate the starting time of the preparation and the start time of the different sub-steps of the process by inserting my desired finish time.
It might be complex to implement such a feature, but as this might be the most complex use case, the feature might be helpful for normal recipes as well. It should also cover the requirements "normal" recipes have when it comes to process times.
When implemented, this request could pave the way for this request: #3545 (comment)
Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.
An example for the feature that could resolve the issue can be found on the right on this website (it's in German but I think that you can still get the concept):

On the right side you can see the timetable involving all the different steps and process times required to bake the bread. By inserting the finish time, the website calculates when I should start baking the bread and in addition, when I have to do the different substeps. The timing is very important here.
In my opinion the feature would require the following sub-features (using the example above to explain them in more detail):
Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision
