I really love the NLP parsing feature for the ingredients. For my language, the results are somewhat mixed and I could imagine that the results could be improved.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Paperless-ngx is utilizing scikit and nltk to predict certain aspects of scanned documents completely local. The advantage is that the classifier is getting better with using paperless. Another plus is that nltk takes care of the language. With a solution like paperless has implemented, mealie could be become more independent and the prediction of ingredients could become better.

I think that a solution would be time-consuming.
