UI Improvement for multi preparation recipe

Hello,

First thanks to all the contributors of the projet. Mealie is great and full of features
For doing a recipe with multiple preparation like this : https://www.sprinklebakes.com/2021/01/classic-opera-cake.html I think mealie could be improved.

Idea of improvements :

• add a "+ section" on bottom of the ingredient list next to "+ new". It's currently hidden inside the 3 dot icon next to the trash and difficult to discover when you don't know it exists
• allow to link ingredients at this section level. Or even better, link a whole section of ingredients to the instruction section. Why ? To see, in cooking mode what ingredients are needed before starting to cook the section. This could be a block of ingredients between the section title and step 1
• Allow to name steps, I don't find the step numbers very useful. Instead of having "Step. 1" and so, we could name them. Like in the recipe linked previously, step 1 of section "Jaconde Sponge" could be "Preheat the oven", then inside the step, we can add detail. The idea would be that people familiar with the recipe and cooking, may do the recipe only by reading the steps names. Other would read inside the steps for the detail of what do to
