Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved
Bulk editing of tags is currently a bit of a chore.

(Optional): Suggest A Solution
Allow the user to use the bulk editing tools on the search results. The advanced search features are a great way to narrow down the recipes to then have the user further manually narrow down the selection (or just apply to all results)

If there are multiple solutions, please present each one separately. Save comparisons for the very end.)
