MAME/MESS PS3 controllers over USB has bad joystick detection

The issue is the joystick detection is pretty bad in MAME/MESS. It doesn't seem to be using xboxdrv propery, as joytestgtk shows proper dead movement, and semi-accurate active movement. PS3 Controllers over USB are generally a bad affair :(

For now, the dpad will be the only enabled movement until resolved.
