Matthew Cornelisse,
I am a mother of four children and married to Gregory Mac. I used my last penny to purchase DigiByte hoping that its success would change my financially miserable life today. I went on your DigiSweep website via GitHub and I entered my personal 12 word key password hoping that you would assist me with my DigiByte issues. Now I lost my $182.55 worth of DigiByte. I hope you are NOT a scam!

I am not a scamer but I don't see any record of you sending me funds either. Do you have a txid? Maybe your wallet is not synced?

This tool doesn't even work anymore so not sure how you sent funds with it. DigiSweep.digiassetX.com is the new version.

The site is secure. It's your device that may or may not be. Generally they would not have enough time to steel funds even of your device is full of viruses because the funds would be sent to a new wallet before they could try to steel.

Either way if someone stole your funds or they got sent to me accidently you should see a transaction transferring the funds out of your wallet. Let me know what that is and if the funds are in my possession I will return them.

Right now I am syncing by DigiByte wallet and hoping to find back the transactions that I had in the wallet. Ok I will do just that.

I have my 12 words, the coin address I want to send my funds to, but I have no idea what an asset address is. I have the old Digibyte app with my DGB stuck on there. It will not sync.

An asset address is a DigiByte address you would like to send DigiAssets to. If you don't have DigiAssets don't worry about it. If you do put an address from securus wallet in for asset address.

Thanks for replying! What is a securus address?

I'm trying to get my DGB out of the app right now. I don't know what to enter in for asset address.

Do you even have DigiAssets(NFT)? If so go to https://t.me/SecurusWallet if not leave blank.

I do not have any NFTs. I did leave it blank but then what? There is no where that says SUBMIT or NEXT. What do I press after I enter my 12 words and the Coin address. I am so confused.

Here is an example. What do I click on next to move forward? There is no next steps!

I know better than to post all my information. It was an example. Ny mnemonic phrase is the 12 words, correct? I already did that and pressed scan and nothing happened. This all makes zero sense and does not work.

I received an Unexpected Error message. It found my funds, but when I went to press send, it gave me an error message.
