Load next elements when arriving at the end of a list #20

As requested by xtaz on the forum.

I see two cases:

as described, when you're reading article by article using the next link, at the end of the preloaded articles, if there are more (but not yet loaded), they should be fetch.
by extension, when arriving at the end of the list of articles, there should be a special row that let the user load more items.
