QR Code paring

Maybe not an issue but a question.
Is there any relation between accessory type and pairing code?
Or some pre reserved paring codes for vendors (maybe protocol type wifi/BLE)?

Sometime i can't pair device using QR code, getting notice from HK failed to add accessory, funny is that 111-11-111 code always work fine, same if i'm not scan QR (put code manualy) paring is successful.

So should be posible to use all random pairing codes or there are some limitations?
Of couse i use correct setupID (all upper) and accessory type 2 bridge.
