Color picker for color based on value ranges goes in the background on android

Expected Behavior

On android platform, latest stable, when selecting a color from the picker being able to select the color and apply for the particular range.

Current Behavior

Currently it is not possible to select the color since the picker is shown in background.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide an unambiguous set of steps to reproduce the current behavior

1. Be in fly view on an android device
2. Select a value in the botton facts display area
3. Select to apply a range based on color
4. Try to change a color
