It looks like there is a missing _ release in the URL

https://storage.googleapis.com/flutter_infra/releases/stable/linux/flutter_linux_2.10.5-stable.tar.xz
should be
https://storage.googleapis.com/flutter_infra_release/releases/stable/linux/flutter_linux_2.10.5-stable.tar.xz
