Add CDR1/2 regions to naive viz

We are tracking the annotation of CDR1, 2 regions of the naive sequence in clonal family records in matsengrp/cft#254. Once those CDR1 and 2 bounds are available from cft, then we will add them to the work done in #73

For now we could at least make it possible to add these annotations in the generalized Olmsted input, even if CFT/Partis don't take on the tall order of spitting this information out.
