In #78, we made the seed from a particular tree larger / bold. Laura said that any other seeds that also appear in the same tree should be highlighted in the same way. @lauradoepker@metasoarous did we land on a way to differentiate if any? By the name of the tree displayed at the top?

Hmm - yes, please name the tree with the original seed's name. If this approach is only applied to seeded clusters, that's okay. Otherwise, bold & enlarge all the seeds, but put the tree seed's name in red instead of black. That color option may ultimately be easiest for now.
