Expected behaviour

all new Gnome 3 (i.e. not native mate apps, they have different window style, please see pic.) got red frames whatever theme selected.

Actual behaviour

would be great to remove red frames

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

launch any Gnome 3 app. E.g. calculator (see pic.)
