Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When fast scrolling (not using the scroll bar) through a long file, sometimes the scrolling pauses and editor tries to detect that I'm selecting text (which I don't do)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a file
2. Scroll down fast using the editor itself
3. See the bug
