JPA 관계매핑 적용하기

현재 JPA관계가 하나도 적용이 되어있지 않아 JPA관계를 적용한다.
리팩토링 범위는 관계가 설정되어있는 모든 테이블과 그와 연관된 API, 비즈니스 로직들이다

무조건적으로 관계를 적용하기보다는 언제 관계적용이 필요한지 또는 불필요하게 관계설정을 하는건 아닌지 고민 후 적용하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
