Do you have any ideas about why it wouldn't converge?
I followed the iterative process mentioned on the original stack exchange post, and arrived at IS=4.5e-27 N=1.812 RS=2.2
Also, another question. If I try to use the coefficients provided by the script, LTSpice will not model the diode. The script returns negative values for some parameters. I also had to add the units to the IS parameter (so the script would return, for example, IS=-1 and I had to type IS=1a in LTSpice for it to work)

I totally understand. Don't feel obliged to work on this, but I just thought that you might want to improve your model a bit if this particular diode proves to be a corner case 😄.
