I also noticed this problem, what I found is that if you use www before, it works perfectly, but if you use marktext.cc, it redirects to godaddy.com. Try accessing it like this:

https://www.marktext.cc/

This looks like a dns configuration problem, but I'm not sure.

I think it's more like the domain is expired, perhaps the owner didn't renew it.
