Setting: Apply and addl options off screen at default scaling

This is more of a usability issue, you can get around it by switching to different scales or flipping the phone over.

Issue:
With the default scaling of 200%, the triple dots on the main setting screen and the apply buttons on the individual settings are off screen, looks like there are a few other things off the edge as well. Setting the display scale to 175% or lower fixes it, I have found 150% to work with most things (might be a better default).
