Feature Description

The toggle button will appear for small screens.

Provide a detailed description of the feature

a toggle button will come in header for small screens like phones,on clicking the button user can see the options like home,about us, contact us etc..The header does not contain all the contents when it's opened in small screens. Please assign this task to me, I am quite experienced in developing this feature.
