You have likely already seen this, but just in case: Protohaven have developed a laser cute version of the 3D printed visor component that is functionally equivalent: https://www.protohaven.org/proto-shield/. Laser cutting this component is far, far faster and more economical than 3D printing it. I can make nearly 200 face shields a day on a single laser cutter for <$4 per unit.
