Drupal release lacks behind

The latest release in https://www.drupal.org/project/mailjet 3.0.0-alpha2 is released 21 February 2022. This repository seems to be updated last week, but the drupal.org dev-master months ago.

Can we create a new drupal.org release that works with Drupal 9, so the module can be installed preferred composer require 'drupal/mailjet:^3.0@alpha' way?
