Mailcow SOGo Simplified Chinese language preferences not display correctly

Description

From the SOGo login screen, when the Simplified Chinese language is selected, the preferences page is not available(see pictures). I tested other languages without issue.

I tested on Chromium-base and Firefox-based browsers too.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Must select select Simplified Chinese language in the SoGo login screen.

2. Once login, click on the preferences button will see the problem.
