The Cookicutter 🍪 data science template provided a lot of documentation and auto-install files that are useful for organizing your work & for others to properly clone and interpret the repo.

These files need to be set up properly:

In docs directory:

• commands.rst
• conf.py
• getting-started.rst
• index.rst
• make.bat
• Makefile
