Mario Kart Wii: Bowser's Castle corridor isn't wobbly #733

This corridor on this track is shown as completely stable, whereas in the game proper it undulates and bends. Having it animate should be possible since a similar wavy track section on Rainbow Road is animated there.

I implemented the code for the Rainbow Road wobbly road manually by reading through the actor in Ghidra, which you can see here. Something similar would have to be done for Bowser's Castle.
