Why those field are empty?

order_number=83&order_status=PAID&to_address=&from_address=&placed_at=&shipping_cost=0&shipping_cost_currency=USD&shipping_method=FedexPriorityExpress%20via%20Shippo%20-%20USD&total_tax=0&total_price=44.99&subtotal_price=44.99&currency=USD&line_items=&weight=1&weight_unit=g&notes=Parcel%20Template%3A%20null

I actually send fully shipping_address, but everything except that required information is sent to shippo.

Could you help me?
I see 201 status but no order were added to shippo
