Add option to disable Hotkeys

Hi,

It would be great if the we could have the option of enable/disable the 2 default hotkeys.

• Ctrl+Shift+X (Cmd+Shift+X on Mac) opens the popup.
• Alt+Shift+X toggles the debugging state.

Google docs have the same hot key for strike-through text

I would also like a way of either disabling the hotkeys or the ability to change which keys trigger this behaviour.
