调用成功但续订失败：微软未检测到开发活动 #23

今天收到微软发送的邮件【WARNING: Your Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription will expire soon】，提示我最近没有使用MS 365开发人员订阅进行开发活动，订阅将在8/30/2022 (UTC)过期。
查询MS Azure的应用注册设置，尚未过期且一切正常；
查询E5续订网站日志，一直到今晚的所有最近调用都成功，一切正常。
我的订阅自21年6月注册开始，一直到上次22年5月续订成功，本次收到续订失败的邮件为22年8月9日。
初步怀疑微软修改了对开发活动的判定方式，导致目前读取邮件数量不再算作开发活动，无法检测到开发活动而收到续订失败通知，恳请开发者尽快关注跟进，解决此问题，非常感谢。
