Multiple table of content links are broken

Multiple links in the table(s) of content are broken.

The "Guideline to Contribute" link is broken in multiple languages, because it does not link to guidelines ("s" in the end).

In the french Readme, Contributeurs, Guide pour Contribuer and Comment Contibuer are broken.

In the other languages, some are also broken.

Maybe, it'd be a good idea to automatically generate the table of content somehow.
