What is the purpose of this issue?

create label groups
assign colour to the groups
test color compatibility
ask @lukegonis a feedback re the label colour pallet and naming convention
decide/approve group naming convention
decide/approve group colour choice
add more groups if needed. coordinate the colour choice with the current colour pallet
