Could this achieve same function as loopback 2 in macos? #2

I am totally a newbie to windows programming. I am looking for a program has same functionality as loopback 2 in Mac. Would this be a good fundation for building a app like that?

Hi, first of all, I'm sorry I couldn't find the time to maintain the project in the last couple of months. Are you still interested in this?
If yes, then I could imagine you could potentially create a similar setup (I don't know loopback 2 at all, so I might be mistaken). Though at the moment Micser doesn't support routing the single channels of the same audio source differently, but I might think about implementing that in the future.
Plus I have yet to get a kernel code signing certificate, so the virtual audio cable part that would be included with Micser won't work on a non-development machine. For the meantime you could use the VB-Audio Virtual Cable software for that (if you even were in need of this).
