Reduce Nether Portal Pigmen Spawns

This is a simple plugin to reduce how many pigmen pop out of nether portals.

Configuring

The config file is located in plugins/ReducePortalSpawns/config.yml. It has one option, which is the probability for a vanilla spawn to be allowed. By default, it is set to 0.1, which represents 10% of the Mojang spawn rate
