NB: you can provide machine specific overrides to the aliases and rc by creating the following:
$HOME/.machinerc$home/.machine_aliases
Run install_apps.sh first, then setup.sh.
Open nvim and run :PlugInstall.
In nvim, run :MasonInstall <lsp>
