Feature Description

Cross-posting this here: getumbrel/umbrel-apps#976

For anyone savvy with Umbrel/Start9 or other personal server projects with support for LND, this could be a cool project to make it easier for node runners to run LNDK.

For reference, Raspiblitz has support for LNDK (though it'd be great to bump it to LNDK v2 once we've released it): raspiblitz/raspiblitz#4320
