Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Livechat
  2. Turn off the network
    3.Stay in the loading state, no error is reported
  3. Close the livechat window and reopen it, it still stays in the loading state

Hello @eagle1988china thanks for sending a report. Is this issue still reproducible? Could you also make sure that your licenseId and groupId values are correct? This might be also related to #86.
