We can use the Intramaps plug in to search on LINZ Maps appellations, but the search is variable in it's speed and the search jumps about a bit due to fuzzy logic.

It would be nice to have a search on appellation that works as well as the roads plug in searches and base the search on the same parcels as are being displayed in the UI.

@LinzDSie can you please look at incorporating an appellation search into the roads search with the assitance of @pkinglinz. You will need to wait until @SPlanzer has completed #200.

Can you please make sure you work with the Addressing Team to get the specific requirements for the tool before you start any work on it
