Is there any way to obtain 'tioga.rom' these days? It seems like Wiwynn no longer sells Tioga Pass servers mentioned in the case study.

Yes that is unfortunately the case now.
Reproducing work based on hardware is conceptually complicated.
Should we just add a note that this hardware cannot be obtained anymore?
